Waist Watcher Wednesday - Week #2

I am joining up with Rachael at You, Me, and Natalie for Wasit Watcher Wednesdays. My first post was last week, you can see it HERE.

This week was a decent start for me. I've never counted calories before so I feel I was pretty successful. I managed to stay under my suggested intake daily every single day. I haven't cut out pop completely, but I've scaled back immensely.

As far as exercising goes, I haven't been able to really get into my routine yet, because I'm still working at the casino, but I did manage to go one day this week with my hubby. We went for 30 minute session in the Cardio Cinema at our gym. In case you've never heard of one, it has stationery bikes, ellipticals, and stepper ellipticals in a dark room with a large screen that shows a movie to keep your mind of the work.

I did 10 minutes on the elliptical stepper and 20 on the bike and managed to have a decent workout.

I need to get my 3 free trainer sessions schedule though so I know what else to do. I think I may do some classes too.

Stats:     They stayed the exact same this week. Unsure about the weight still because I have yet to purchase a scale. That's on my to-do list for the next week.
