I do not own a scale yet, but will get one soon hopefully.
If you look at my 2012 Resolution post you'll see everything I'm doing to work towards this goal. I know that I can do this, I just need to stay motivated!
I also downloaded a free app last night on my ipod called "My Fitness Pal". After inputting my height, weight, goal, approximate activity, estimated workouts, and my goal of 1 lb./week it computed my ideal Calorie intake. It's an awesome app so far and it allows you to track everything you eat. I'm not big into calorie counting usually because I can never seem to find the foods I've eaten, but this app has it all. I swear!
My Calorie intake should be around 1780 daily.
My ultimate goal is to reach 150 lbs, possibly more or less, it all depends what it takes for me to get my flat, toned stomach back. That's my real goal here.
