Kindle > Time

I'll have to add my little image for "Not My Favorite, Love Me Some" later at home since I'm writing this one in the internet cafe at the casino.

Not My Favorite (Rant)
Time.

Yeah, I know. Time is kind of unchangeable, but seriously..where does it go? There is NOT enough time in the day/week/months/year. Some reason this hit me when I realized today that I've been paying on my car for almost 3 years. Yikes! Speaking of, I think I'm going to look into refinancing that, eh we'll see.

Back to the subject. I put so much on myself, I have so much going on, and a lot of people wonder why I do it. Well, all those things make me happy and I wish I had more time to do them all. I enjoy working (odd, I know), reading, writing, blogging, dancing, choreographing, going out...need I go on? I just love to be constantly busy.

I'm getting the chance to start teaching dance on occassion at a local high school and I'm estatic. I honest am having a hard time figuring out how I'm going to do it, but just like always..I'll make it happen.

I guess that's my little "rant". Time, sucks.

Love Me Some (Rave)
Kindle.

I freaking love this thing. I'm finally getting to use it, since I'm done with the "real" books that I got last Christmas. I couldn't thank Josh enough for such a great Christmas gift. It's so light weight, durable, and lets face it, it's pretty cheap. I can have all my books on there, I can bring it to work and have it tucked away easily, it doesn't take up any room. It's just marvelous.

I had no idea when I got it that you can get on the internet and surf and even download games, but obviously you can. It's pretty awesome. I barely use those 2 features, but for the price?! How can you beat that?!

I LOVE my Kindle and I'm LOVING the Steve Jobs Biography. If you like to read and even if you don't it's worth picking up, in my opinion. I've never been much of an "Apple Person", but I've gained a pretty large respect for the company so far. Now, I haven't completed it so we'll see how I feel by the end, but so far, so good.

That's all for this evening, really. I think I'll post 2 entries tomorrow, one in addition to my normal "daily post".
Signing off,
Ida Jade

I love me some Kindle too! You can also play music from your MP3 collection on the Kindle. ... I haven't done it since I have an iPod, but it's one of the features.

Haha! Yeah, I've seen that feature, but for Christmas as year Josh got me the Kinde AND an Ipod, so I haven't used it.

It's a pretty amazing piece of technology though and I love that the books are discounted from the "book" versions. Of course they're keeping down printing costs on a ridiculous level, so it only makes sense, but it's nice.

Plus, all the classics, that I've always wanted to read are free. =)
